Want to be apart of our Summer Food Program? Look out for our seasonal job opportunities.

As the excitement of summer approaches, many families with children face challenges with not having access to school breakfasts and lunches. Kids need three meals a day, all year long. Hunger doesn’t take a vacation. FOOD For Lane County is here to help bridge the gap for families whose budgets and food supply are already stretched thin. If you are able to, please consider making a gift today to help FOOD For Lane County address this vital need in our community. Click HERE to donate.

For every dollar donated, FOOD For Lane County can access and distribute two meals.

Youth Programs in Schools

Cereal for Youth

The Cereal for Youth program is the result of a partnership between Attune – 8th Avenue Food and Provisions, Glory Bee, Grain Millers and FOOD For Lane County. This collaboration creates a nutritious cereal product distributed by local schools and organizations that serve youth, 18 and younger across Lane County.

Are you a representative of a school or organization and don’t see your agency represented? FFLC is currently able to take on more partners. Talk to your local school or organization to learn how to access the cereal.

Snack Pack

Due to limited resources, FFLC is not taking on more schools.

FFLC’s Snack Pack program provides a gallon sized zip lock bag of snacks intended for elementary school children to eat over the weekend. The foods in our Snack Packs are kid-friendly, shelf-stable, single-serving, and are simple for children to prepare – items such as granola bars, raisins, mac n cheese, and instant oatmeal are included.
