Emergency Food Pantry System
FOOD for Lane County provides food to 24 emergency food pantries located throughout Lane County. These pantries provide a variety of fresh and shelf-stable groceries to low-income families and individuals. Each food box contains a 3-5 day supply of food. On average, families request help 3 or fewer times a year.
Emergency food pantries are open different days and times. Each food pantry serves a certain geographic area. Getting a food box is easy, but you must meet the income eligibility guidelines. You can receive other benefits, such as food stamps, and still receive a food box. Please call FOOD for Lane County at 541-343-2822 to find out which food pantry serves your area and its hours of operation.
