Chefs' Night Out 2008, is Wednesday, April 16, 6:30pm to 9pm, at the Hult Center for the Performing Arts in Eugene. Tickets are $65 each and can be purchased at the Hult Center Box Office, by phone at (541) 682-5000 or online at www.hultcenter.com.
This year's event is bigger and better than ever! As always, Chefs’ Night Out brings together the area’s finest restaurants and beverage purveyors for Lane County’s premier food and drink event. Five contestants will be competing in CAKE DECO, a cake decorating competition. Vote for your favorite in Jacob's Gallery! A panel of judges led by former Register Guard food critic Nonie Fish will hand out BEST BITE AWARDS in five categories - Best Savory Bite, Best Sweet Bite, Best Cake Deco, Best Beverage and Best Overall. The year's event also features MUSIC by Mood Area 52, Eva Bagno Combo and Red Pajamas Trio.
